Philippe I Albert naît vers 1566 et décède le 12 mai 1631 au Bourg de four. En 1614, en tant que maître imprimeur, il vend une presse typographiques et des caractères à Balthazar L'Abbé. Son nom figure en 1619 et 1620 sur des volumes de droit.
